We aim to always have your items with you as quickly as possible. Items are generally despatched within 3 working days.
If you are in a hurry, we can generally send the same day for most items if the order is received before 12pm - please email email@example.com to let us know to expedite your delivery.
- Currently all Irish orders are sent with DPD courier, using a tracked service. Delivery is usually the following day after despatch. There is a flat fee of €5. Orders over €60 qualify for free delivery.
- Currently all deliveries to outside of Ireland are sent with a tracked service.
International delivery times: EU 3-5 working days, ROW 14 working days. GB uncertain at the moment due to Brexit related issues. Please allow up to 14 days.
- Shipping is free over €60 to any Irish destination, free over €150 to the EU and UK. Please note that our system can't distinguish between a NI and other UK address so will charge UK shipping fees but we can refund these or you can put your country as Ireland in your address info and this should work.
- To find out the shipping costs for your order, it's calculated in your cart.
We want you to be happy with all of the purchases you make from Rainbow Kids Boutique. If you receive an item that you feel is different in hand and doesn't suit, you can return the item for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. However, if 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund - we may be able to offer an exchange, so please contact us to see what your options are.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items missing tags or appearing over dishevelled will incur a restocking fee to compensate us for the loss of revenue on the items.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, briefs / boxer shorts and swimwear are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
To complete your return, please complete the return form enclosed with your delivery and send it back to us, making sure that you include your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will usually immediately process a refund, or we will contact you if we need further information or you have requested an exchange. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and you should see this within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue with a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rainbow Kids Boutique, Unit 36 Finglas Business Centre, Jamestown Rd, Finglas, Dublin 11.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot process a refund or exchange until we receive the item.
If you are shipping an item over €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as otherwise your item is not guaranteed to reach us.
