How do I know what size to order?
Most of our children's clothing is sized by height, rather than age. This can seem confusing, but is generally a more accurate way of judging which size to buy for your little one. The size is the height of your child in cm - for example, 98-104cm should fit a child from 98-104cm in height.
Where possible, we have tried to indicate in the product description if any item is particularly small or large fitting.

How long does it take for my order to be despatched?
We aim to have your order sent out within 2-3 days of purchasing. If you are in a hurry, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expedite your delivery.
Which postal services do you use to despatch orders?
Both domestic and international orders that fit into a large envelope are sent with our national postal service, An Post.
Larger domestic items are sent with DPD couriers.
UK packages and some EU parcels are sent with DPD couriers. All other international orders are sent by An Post and passed to your national postal service.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
All courier packages and some of our international post packages are tracked, please contact us on email@example.com for your tracking number.
Combining Orders and Invoices
I have more than one order outstanding, can you combine them?
If you have more than one order in our system at the time of packing, we automatically combine them as we are packing them, and will refund any shipping owed.
I've just placed an order and am planning to order again next week, can you hold my order so I can save postage?
Due to space limitations and admin logistics, we cannot hold orders to combine with future orders you are intending to place.
I have an invoice for a reserved item, can I add items to it?
Once invoices are created, we can't add items - so simply place an order for the additional items on the website. We will combine outstanding orders as explained above, and refund excess shipping charges, if applicable.
How can I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase e gift cards on our site here:
Once you've paid, you'll receive an email or text with your Gift Card code. If purchasing for a friend, you will need to give them the code so that they can enter it at checkout to make their purchases.
How can I use a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be used in a single purchase or multiple purchases, or you can combine multiple Gift Cards to pay for a larger purchase - it's a great way to save! Simply enter the code at checkout to pay.
Can I get a physical Gift Card to give as a gift?
We do not as a matter of course send physical gift cards but if you would like a card to write the code on, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send one out.
How do I use my One4All card?
One4All cards have digits on the back just like a credit card - simply input these at checkout the way you would credit / debit card details.
My One4All won't work - help!!
When One4All cards won't work for you, it's often due to it being for a transaction above €50. For security reasons, One4All have a limit of €50 per transaction for web purchases. If you'd like to use a One4All that's a higher value, use the One4All to purchase our own Gift Cards. Eg if you had a One4All that was €100, you could purchase 2 of our €50 Gift Cards (albeit in separate transactions) and then use these Gift Cards against your basket on our website. Where can I find information on Rainbow Rewards?
You'll find information on Rainbow Rewards, our loyalty points system, here. Once you have created an account on our website using an email address, each order will earn Rainbow Rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
You cash in the points you earn for purchases for voucher codes you can use to get discounts on your orders. When you cash the points in, you will see the voucher code when you go back into your account. You then need to enter this code at checkout in order to get the discount on your order - it doesn't automatically apply. Please note that only one voucher or discount code can be used per order.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please post it back to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt, along with the return slip with your order number, details, and what you'd like to do with your returned item (exchange, refund...). Click here for more information on returns.
What is GOTS?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from at least 70% organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.
On-site inspection and certification of processors, manufacturers and traders performed by independent specially accredited bodies is the basis of the GOTS monitoring system in order to provide a credible assurance for the integrity of GOTS certified textiles.
Only GOTS Certified textiles may be labelled as such.
